Assurance Residential, Inc. was founded in 2008 with a focus on residential roofing and construction. Since then, we have grown from our original roots in Georgia to serving homeowners throughout Northwest Florida and the Emerald Coast.

We established our presence in the Florida Panhandle in 2018 and today provide roofing services throughout Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, Freeport, Niceville, Inlet Beach, and surrounding communities.

Our work includes asphalt shingle roofing, tile roofing, standing seam metal roofing, exposed fastener metal roofing, roof replacement, and roof repair. Because we work with several different roofing systems, we’re able to help homeowners compare materials and roofing options based on the home, architectural style, budget, and individual project.

More Than a Roofing Crew

Assurance Residential maintains a brick-and-mortar location in Freeport, Florida, along with our own metal-forming equipment. Having the ability to fabricate custom flashing and trim gives our crews greater control over important details on metal roofing projects, particularly around transitions, walls, valleys, and other areas where standard pieces aren’t always the best fit.

We also maintain multiple Florida contractor licenses and have developed relationships with established roofing manufacturers and suppliers. Our experience includes everything from straightforward roof repairs and shingle replacements to detailed metal and tile roofing projects.
