Assurance Residential, Inc. was established in 2008 and expanded to Florida’s Gulf Coast in 2018. Today, we provide residential roofing services throughout Destin and communities across Okaloosa and Walton counties.

Our experience includes concrete tile, standing seam metal, exposed-fastener metal, architectural shingles, and roof repair. Working with several roofing systems allows us to help homeowners choose an option that fits the home, rather than approaching every project with the same solution.

We maintain multiple Florida contractor licenses and operate from our location in Freeport, where we also have our own metal-forming equipment for producing many of the custom flashings and trim components used on our roofing projects.
